Take a break

We are out to dinner, waiting patiently for our burritos. It suddenly struck me that I haven’t taken a break in some time and the weight of a dozen stressful days is rolling from my shoulders. How important taking a break is! So essential that I believe it should be mandatory. 

When you feel stressed–just kick back,and let the world slide on by. Don’t let your stress turn into a gut-busting ulcer!
